INSTRUCTIONAL COACH AND TRAINER
This position focuses on building teacher capacity at schools. The coach will also assist with training at school sites. The coach must have a deep understanding of curriculum, instructional practices, and assessment for teachers in India. Teaching experience in the classroom is a requirement for this position. The coach will promote high-quality instruction in classrooms through coaching teachers, modeling, co-planning, and providing feedback to teachers. Also, the coach will assist in developing presentations and instructional materials, as well as lead training sessions. All training is in English, so strong communication skills in English is a requirement for this role.
The coach must be flexible, a learner, and interested in learning new ways of training and developing others.
