RAJ GODI
Founder & Managing Director
Raj Godi brings an eclectic background to the organization with varied experiences in informal education, program management, and leadership. He has over 15 years of experience in project design and management. He spent a few years working in the information technology industry at NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology) where he managed the World Bank funded IT literacy for 105 schools and provided technical support for NIIT training centers across the state of Andhra Pradesh in South India.
He implemented and managed a $6M UNDP (United Nations Development Program) funded DDR (Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration) project on vocational training and small business development in Afghanistan. There he worked alongside coworkers from over 20 different nationalities.
He also served as a partner in opening a play school in Hyderabad.
After completing his nursing degree in the U.S.A., he spent a short time in the healthcare industry before returning to his Motherland, India!
In all of his unique and diverse professional experiences, Raj has intimately worked with colleagues and employees to strategically develop their skills. He looks forward to transferring these skills in supporting schools and educators in India.
In his spare time, Raj enjoys cooking South Indian delicacies and spending quality time with his family & friends.
RENEE GODI
Co-founder & International Education Consultant
Renee Godi has been an educator for 20 years in the United States of America She spent the entirety of her professional career in Plano Independent School District in Plano, TX. She served as a middle school teacher, assistant principal and principal for 13 years. She had an opportunity to open and lead as principal at a project-based learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) high school. She then served as Executive Director for Secondary Campus Services where she led and supervised 23 schools and principals and she also helped create education policies for the school district.
Renee brings a wide array of experiences in supporting schools and educational leaders so that they can accomplish their professional goals. Renee thrives on partnering with educators to consider what is possible in the world of teaching & learning and helping chart the path to see these dreams become a reality. She is a teacher at heart with a wealth of experience teaching learners of all ages.
Renee is currently learning Hindi and she enjoys reading and music.
