Founder & Managing Director
Raj Godi brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experience to the company, with a strong foundation in informal education, healthcare, program management, and leadership. With over two decades of expertise in project design and implementation, he has successfully led large-scale educational and development initiatives on a global scale.
He began his career in the information technology sector with the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), where he played a key role in executing a World Bank-funded IT literacy initiative across 105 government schools in Andhra Pradesh. He also provided technical support to NIIT training centers throughout the state, advancing digital literacy and educational accessibility.
Raj later transitioned to the field of international development, where he led a $6 million United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) project in Afghanistan focused on Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR). In this role, he oversaw programs in vocational training, literacy, and small business development, working alongside a diverse, multinational team representing over 30 nationalities. His leadership in this challenging environment underscored his capacity to manage complex, high-impact global programs.
In the United States, Raj pursued an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), adding a healthcare dimension to his professional repertoire. He gained clinical experience with Parkland Hospitals and the Baylor Health Care System, further broadening his multidisciplinary expertise.
Throughout his career, Raj has been deeply committed to career counseling, mentorship, and skills development. At Vidyadwar Global, he is enthusiastic about leveraging his diverse background to support schools, educators, and students across India in their growth and success.
Outside of his professional life, Raj enjoys traveling and is a passionate cook, especially of South Indian cuisine. He values quality time with family and friends, which remains a cornerstone of his personal life.
Co-Founder & Director of Global Education Services
With over two decades of experience in the U.S. education system, Renee Godi has devoted her career to creating meaningful and impactful learning environments. Her professional journey has been rooted in the Plano Independent School District in Plano, Texas, where she has distinguished herself in teaching, campus leadership, and educational policy development.
Renee began her career as a middle school teacher, where she inspired and engaged young learners. She went on to serve for 13 years as both assistant principal and principal, during which time she was entrusted with the unique opportunity to open and lead a project-based learning STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) high school. Under her leadership, the school became a hub for innovation, inquiry, and critical thinking.
Her expertise and leadership continued to evolve in her role as Executive Director for Secondary Campus Services, where she oversaw 23 schools and their principals. In this district-wide leadership role, Renee helped shape strategic education policies and drove initiatives aimed at enhancing student achievement and school performance.
Renee brings a deep commitment to mentoring educators and school leaders, guiding them in their professional growth and helping them reimagine what’s possible in the classroom. She is especially passionate about fostering collaborative environments that lead to transformational teaching and learning. At her core, Renee is—and always will be—a teacher, dedicated to empowering learners at every stage of life.
Currently, she is expanding her own horizons by studying Hindi and enjoys spending her free time reading and listening to music.
